We had such a wonderful experience buying our first house with Casey. She met with us in our home to explain how the process would work and get an idea of what we were looking for. She notified us whenever she saw a home we might be interested in (some listed on MLS, some for sale by owner) and saw several houses with us before we found one we wanted to put an offer on. Casey helped us make a competitive bid and we were thrilled to go under contract! She negotiated several things in our favor during the due diligence period and even kept in touch to make sure things were running smoothly after closing when the sellers were renting back from us for a month. My fiancé and I are big fans of Casey House. We were working with another realtor for a couple months and we weren't that impressed. We decided to see a couple homes with Casey and then made the switch to work with her exclusively - and we're sure glad we did! Casey was very knowledgable and responsive. This was our first home, so we were extremely needy and asked a ton of questions. Casey was very patient, detailed, and kind. She absolutely went the extra mile for us - even coming over to the house we ultimately bought on a Saturday (when Casey and her husband were out running errands) just so our parents could see the house. We feel like she really went to bat for us during a pretty tough negotiation process. Casey was encouraging, but also realistic and practical. She did very well managing two different personalities. If we ever have to sell or buy in the future, we'll definitely call Casey. We've already referred some of our friends/colleagues to work with Casey.

Where do we start? Being first time homebuyers we went into this process with many uncertainties and some anxiety. Rightly so, this is one of the biggest decisions we’ll ever have to make. When I wanted to start looking for anew home I knew Casey would be the perfect match! She was thorough in explaining the process, prompt in her responses, and always available to help.She even clocked the time from work to a couple of potential homes at different times on different days!
